Our Support Coordination service is available to you if it’s included in your plan. We can help you:
- Find the right service providers for your needs and goals
- Negotiate what those providers will offer and what it will cost
- Make sure everything is signed and booked
- Help you prepare for your NDIS plan review
- Make sure you are getting the services you need.
If the support you need isn’t on that list, don’t worry.
